There are four basic requirements for effective Cleaning In Place of hygienic food and drink process plant;
- Sufficient detergent
- Sufficient heat
- Sufficient fluid movement
- Sufficient time
Without the optimum combination of these four factors, CIP will neither be effective nor efficient.
