Stainless steel Pipefitter / Welder
- Semi-supervised whilst on site.
- Able to work to agreed method statements and within the confines of agreed risk assessments.
- Ability to follow site contractor rules
- Stainless steel TIG welding of hygienic dairy tube, typically DN25 – DN100
- Experience and understanding of hygienic fittings.
- Certified for work in confined spaces, MEWP’s and counterbalanced FLT’s an advantage.
- Willing to work both in the factory and on site anywhere in the UK for short periods.
Draftsman
• Creating 2D and 3D CAD designs for hygienic process systems, including piping layouts, bills of materials and equipment, including instrumentation, pumps, valves, tanks and vessels. • Producing detailed technical drawings such as P&IDs, isometrics, and fabrication packs. • Applying hygienic design principles to ensure systems are easy to clean, drain, and maintain. • Working closely with engineers and Technical Director to develop effective design solutions. • Selecting appropriate materials and components. • Ensuring compliance with industry standards such as EHEDG, GMP, and FDA guidelines. • Supporting installation and commissioning phases when required. • Liaising with suppliers and fabrication teams to bring designs to life.

Apprentic food and beverage maintenance engineer
- Learn to maintain and repair hygienic process plant and equipment including pumps, valves, control panels, motors, gearboxes.
- Develop mechanical, electrical and control skills.
- Learn in the company of skilled and experienced colleagues to be able to work alone and take sole responsibility for maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Understand how planned maintenance programmes are applyto food and drink manufacturing industries.
